Conceptual Design and Budgeting
Conceptual Design and Budgeting is an integrated process where estimating and design, working in conjunction to develop a preliminary facility program. This planning phase identifies project requirements, explores alternatives and develops the definition of scope, cost and schedule criteria.
Detailed Design and Construction
We will establish the scope of work and plans in sufficient detail to provide you with guaranteed maximum or lump sum price and a definitive project schedule. We will also submit construction documents for review and approval by owner. Construction documents will include architectural, engineering drawings, specifications and other documentation necessary for regulatory agency approval.
